    i just eat 2 meals a day and hit above 160g protein.
    breakfast after workout:
    3 eggs 19g protein, 2 wholemeal organic chia bread 12g, yogurt 200g 15g, protein smoothie with whole milk 300ml and 1 scoop protein powder 26g+10g from milk 36g = 82g protein nearly 50 to 60g carbs.

    dinner: 300g breast chicken or 250g breast chicken minimum 80g protein with 3 wholemeal roti 20g protein= 100g lol … and 100g carbs.

    I am 6 feet tall and I am 73kg with 16% body fat. i need carbs bcs if i eat less carbs i feel lazy and tired. I tried removing carbs till 50g per day but as i am not overweight. I need carbs for my workouts 🙂
    4 days gym 2 days 30 minutes walking.

    I was 69kg before started gym regularly and in a month gained 4kg weight with muscle mass no fat and the fat i had before is going away.

    I weigh 330 im fat and idk whether to add carbs or just protein with veggies at least 200 grams of protein im fat so idk if i should consume fat ill eat skinless chicken legs ill cut the meat and cook or steam with veggies but idk how much carbs i should eat i really like legumes
