    Can anybody put Testament to this? My body is fine except my back rolls and idk how that even HAPPENED!!! eeeee I’m starting today. 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽 (is there foods to STAY AWAY FROM that add to back fat? All inputs appreciated thank you🙏🏼🙏🏼)

    I managed to lose a few pounds but as you hit perimenopause, everything goes to your middle so I have tummy, bigger chest, and back fat! 😮

    I am so loving Mr London…have been for years. I really do appreciate his workouts. They have helped me quietly recover from a terrible car accident. Im actually smaller now than I was in my 20’s. I’m 50. Trust Mr. London. He’s true.

    How unfortunate. Such a terrible crime to deceive mass women. Fatloss can not be spot reduced as science has proven. It’s not done by special workout programs an honest influencer wouldn’t say "do this to loose fat in this specific area" an honest influencer would say "do this to tone and build these specific muscles eat in a calorie deficit with healthy whole foods to loose fat" fraudulent and pitiful to prey on the ignorant and desperate
