How unfortunate. Such a terrible crime to deceive mass women. Fatloss can not be spot reduced as science has proven. It’s not done by special workout programs an honest influencer wouldn’t say "do this to loose fat in this specific area" an honest influencer would say "do this to tone and build these specific muscles eat in a calorie deficit with healthy whole foods to loose fat" fraudulent and pitiful to prey on the ignorant and desperate

I managed to lose a few pounds but as you hit perimenopause, everything goes to your middle so I have tummy, bigger chest, and back fat! 😮
