I am using multivitamins, protein isolate and creatine however Financially it seems taking whole foods is much better for the body and the pocket in the long term and health is a long term goal. These derivatives definitely give an edge to someone professional but I am looking at normal healthy life in good shape so it’s not so important I guess. Hopefully I will move to whole foods completely by the end of this year but I do recommend multivitamins with omega sometimes, not regular.

Creatine is the closest thing to natural steroids. I didint even do a loading phase just took one 5 gram scoop a day and within 4-5 days I noticed strength gains.
If youโre wondering, all these nutrients cost just 1.5 dollars per day. So if some internet genius tells you to spend thousands of dollars on meat and โnaturalโ ways to get the nutrients, tell them to fuck themselves.
