If it is combined with protein powder or dairy can it be counted in your protein count for the day?

  3. @EC-tt3nj on August 27, 2025 at 7:57 am

Stopped using Vital Proteins after Nestle bought it out. They’ve had several lawsuits because products tested for heavy metals and plastics. There is an arbitration agreement now snuck into the lid in fine print. I returned all product to Costco.

NOT ALWAYS… IF IT JUST USE FOR SKIN, NAIL, HAIR, JOINTS, COLLAGEN PEPTIDE WILL BE ENOUGH. BUT IF NEED ALSO FOR MUSCLES THEN YOU NEED TO ADD PROTEIN POWDER. THIS WORKS FOR ME.

  11. @kweenjade01 on August 27, 2025 at 8:06 am

So this is a completely useless video! Using collagen will still count towards your daily protein intake. It’s just not a complete form. So she’s right there but most people aren’t using collagen for protein. 🙄 People are using it for skin, coat and joint benefits. 😂 Not sure what the point of this video was other than trying to get some views…? 🤷‍♀️

  12. @billyjackwashburn6970 on August 27, 2025 at 8:06 am

This collagen is almost certainly made from the hide of the cow. Do your homework, avoid collagen from the hide.

  13. @smcomputer9873 on August 27, 2025 at 8:06 am

please tell me what can I do now?

  14. @jhg8464 on August 27, 2025 at 8:07 am

I take collagen for the glycine. Its not a complere source of protien but it counts toward daily protein intake. Just eat enough complete sources of protien and you will be fine.

  21. @DebRoo11 on August 27, 2025 at 8:16 am

no one is using collagen as a protein. It’s a collagen supplement.

  22. @mischapiru9514 on August 27, 2025 at 8:17 am

  26. @mariagil2833 on August 27, 2025 at 8:29 am

    Hahaha, is she a physician?

  27. @aam1006 on August 27, 2025 at 8:30 am

Allegic to whey. Whats your recommendation

  28. @DrakeBrunette on August 27, 2025 at 8:30 am

It definitely supports joint health which in turn affects your recovery & performance. So it will ultimately help you build muscle in the long run. Especially if you’re older!!!….
It is misleading advice to advise people to stop taking collagen and go for whey instead. BOTH can be beneficial….

  29. @Superfatcat2525 on August 27, 2025 at 8:32 am

Using it to make my crinkle skin look better. 😂😂. Plus taking vitamin c to help my body utilize the collagen.

  30. @smcomputer9873 on August 27, 2025 at 8:33 am

I am 22 years old. I have been taking this medicine for two days. But after taking it I cannot sleep at night.

  31. @Mag-us6iz on August 27, 2025 at 8:33 am

Collagen raised my blood pressure. Just saying this in case anyone else has had this problem and doesn’t know what it is. I doubt I am the only one.

  32. @TheQShow53 on August 27, 2025 at 8:35 am

The fact that you had to show Greek yogurt and egg 🥚 😂

  33. @kyles2540 on August 27, 2025 at 8:35 am

    Nope, I’m using it right.

  34. @RobertFyfe-em4nv on August 27, 2025 at 8:36 am

i cant hear what shes saying at first ! sounds like if you using colagen with protein your using it wrong !

  35. @JSST-p2h on August 27, 2025 at 8:36 am

Don’t do that! Whey will always out compete collagen, making it totally ineffective. In order for it to work properly, u should take it alone, on an empty stomach.

  36. @JijiBella-c5w on August 27, 2025 at 8:38 am

What I know is you should never take protein with collagen cause it makes it hard to digest

  37. @sarahmilner8483 on August 27, 2025 at 8:38 am

Who is using it as a protein.. doh!!

  38. @DSmith-ix1xf on August 27, 2025 at 8:38 am

Do they Have to be consumed at the same time?

  39. @MrCheikos on August 27, 2025 at 8:40 am

Whey is a complété scam…the worst protein

  40. @calispice on August 27, 2025 at 8:40 am

  43. @junkiesunset on August 27, 2025 at 8:42 am

What about bone broth protein powder

  44. @CordeliaWagner1999 on August 27, 2025 at 8:42 am

It IS Protein, it’s made of Amino Acids.

    Influencers…. 😑

  45. @Unko-Nel on August 27, 2025 at 8:43 am

I never heard of anyone using it as a main protein base for a shake…that sucks for others if they are..

  46. @phabulouss1 on August 27, 2025 at 8:45 am

Love this complete explanation. Maybe the lightheartedness will dissipate from using just collagen. 👍🏽

  47. @Oluajimi on August 27, 2025 at 8:46 am

    Misleading…

  48. @HaleyStark. on August 27, 2025 at 8:50 am

  49. @JSST-p2h on August 27, 2025 at 8:55 am

ur doing it wrong. People don’t take collagen as a meal replacement, but as a tool for repair. U just gave really bad advice

  50. @onnolastnam2550 on August 27, 2025 at 8:55 am

    Omg Just add EEA
