  8. @deepnurmom1737 on September 1, 2025 at 8:44 am

Then its not hard to go all day without eating
    Mind over matter

  9. @christians-rising on September 1, 2025 at 8:45 am

Can you still build muscle doing this ?

  10. @StoryTimeWizard on September 1, 2025 at 8:46 am

100% Works. But can result in eating disorders. Bulimia for example!

  11. @DonFonzarelli-uq9yx on September 1, 2025 at 8:46 am

He is right. I generally do the opposite, …I will have maybe 1000 calorie breakfast, skip lunch and do a light, salad dinner.

Got to skip meals to lose weight.

  12. @mexviolence on September 1, 2025 at 8:46 am

i don’t do that and i look way better …. this is awful advice

  13. @letupandridemarkdangelo170 on September 1, 2025 at 8:46 am

I’m pretty cut and thin at 150lbs and 5’10". I eat more than three meals a day and aim for at least 40 grams of protein in each meal but my problem is I find it impossible to but on any size no matter how much I eat… I’m not sure less meals would help my situation..

  14. @nitai154 on September 1, 2025 at 8:47 am

I add dry fasting to my omad… I’m 58 years old and SHREDDED ❤

  15. @blover8548 on September 1, 2025 at 8:48 am

I can’t sleep 🛌 hungry so I eat after my workout out and I finish about 10 pm because of work I get up Monday -Friday 4:30am. I eat until I’m full and eat 2 oranges 🍊 in the morning and that’s it only water 💧 and eat again after my workout 🏋️ 10 pm.

sadly this is impossible for me, living in spain, wen have to have beer+tapas at lunchtime !!at least 3 times a week!

  17. @Angel-O0127 on September 1, 2025 at 8:50 am

That’s so true. Make it your favourite day every day. Eat home cooked food and you’re on your way 😊

  18. @jamesjarrett52 on September 1, 2025 at 8:51 am

I’ve been doing it for a month. It’s exhausting and you can’t do a days work in the office on it because your brain is starved of nutrients. It’s a lose weight quick trick…not a long term plan.

  19. @SayantanGhosalDRUMS on September 1, 2025 at 8:54 am

But it is said that u should have the largest meal during breakfast !! Isn’t that true ?

  20. @elosogonzalez8739 on September 1, 2025 at 8:54 am

Interesting. I’m going to talk to my doctor first. I’ve lost alot of weight for over 4 years. I went from 303lbs to 231lbs.(As of yesterday) I still have more to loose. 63years old now, I like to get down to maybe 180lbs. I already feel better, but I not happy with my love handles that are still there.😊

How do you get your proper amount of protein

  26. @jean_normanhere on September 1, 2025 at 9:03 am

I meant two meals a day now working my way to 1!!

  27. @SuperBackGuy on September 1, 2025 at 9:04 am

Doing omad is bad look at your abs they are flat you’re not letting the protein synthesis go well, I am saying this based on my experience I tried it for 10 days and I began to have flat abs like yours

  28. @rogerwelsh2335 on September 1, 2025 at 9:04 am

And it can cause you to overeat.

  29. @troyfall6573 on September 1, 2025 at 9:05 am

Two meals a day works well for me. I have a breakfast of 4 eggs with some crumbled sausage cooked in the eggs. ~400 calories. For dinner I have something like 10 ounces of chicken breast with a low carb side dish. No snacking between meals or after dinner. It ends up being about 1300 calores per day. Subtract the 600 calories of exercise through cycling and walking and I end up in a huge deficit.

I’m 43, worked out since middle school. 6’2 185-190 pounds. In 2014 I got promoted and had to travel 2 weeks out of the month. I’d have to take customers out to lunch/dinner and I blew up to 290. by 2018, didn’t care my goal was/is to retire at 45. My usual diet b4 getting fat was no carbs, at all. Now I do no carbs OMAD for the last year and Im at 220. no stretch marks thank god.

  31. @JesusOurKing on September 1, 2025 at 9:07 am

  38. @brianmartin4035 on September 1, 2025 at 9:10 am

Approximately how much do you weigh and how much protein do you eat in your single meal?

  39. @j.hernandez3825 on September 1, 2025 at 9:12 am

If you want to be lean not very strong but healthy, do this if you wonder why you don’t have Arnolds biceps you’ll need 6 meals a day.

  40. @peterrobbins6691 on September 1, 2025 at 9:13 am

just wondering what do you drink during the day, just water? I need to lose about 15 lbs, but I don’t think I could only eat one meal a day. I like to eat : )

  41. @lj5190 on September 1, 2025 at 9:19 am

I’m going to ease in by cutting my meals in half and only eat four meals a day to start.

  42. @BaoAlex-2019 on September 1, 2025 at 9:21 am

I started the 8 meals a day approach. Without strict planning, overtime I learn to eat certain foods at certain times at certain amounts but with flexibilities. It makes me feel freedom and liberty without a strict goal to achieve a certain outcome.

  43. @FaridYM on September 1, 2025 at 9:22 am

Been doing IF for 17 years now. The only thing that makes it easy for me to control calories

  44. @buddy_weiser on September 1, 2025 at 9:22 am

How do you have muscle eating so little though? How do you build yourself up?

  45. @bobbobertson7568 on September 1, 2025 at 9:25 am

I exercise a’lot but the key to weight loss is cutting calories. Period. Fact is most people over 25 don’t need 2, let alone 3 meals a day. It’s ridiculous.

  46. @morningstar9233 on September 1, 2025 at 9:25 am

I fell into this routine accidentally. Never feel hungry when I wake so breakfast’s just coffee. Mid morning maybe a biscuit. Lunch, don’t like to eat anything that’s going to make me feel lethargic so it’s usually fruit and a handful of raw nuts. Late afternoon a little chocolate. In the evening I have a large meat based hot meal. Not rigid about it, but that’s my usual pattern. Always been kinda slim: 187cm/ 80kg or 6’1"/ 13.5 stone. Got a job where I’m on my feet all day.

  47. @DeclareHisGloryInt on September 1, 2025 at 9:26 am

Sounds about right. I’m going to eat 3 eggs with avocado at like 12pm-1pm and then one meal (still nutritious) before 8pm

  48. @og2959 on September 1, 2025 at 9:26 am

Im doing the same!!!! It’s working like a miracle to my body and mind!!! ❤❤❤

  49. @JB.Olsen7 on September 1, 2025 at 9:26 am

Or choose to eat nothing, and if you eat nothing long enough you’ll be as light as your bones!

  50. @Sajomo on September 1, 2025 at 9:29 am

If you only eat one meal per day aren’t you fasting everyday for 24 hours?
