That’s an amazing scientific video!! The best i found on this topic so far. It’s also a great way of advertising for the brand (without being obnoxious about it) & gaining trust from potential customers imo, since it shows you guys know your stuff

  7. @MkGyver-m8c on August 30, 2025 at 8:37 am

Just show the aminograms of each product so people can choose

  8. @charliehuan on August 30, 2025 at 8:37 am

Thanks that’s very helpful. Should I choose vegan protein isolate over vegan protein blend as it contains more protein?

  9. @geno5169 on August 30, 2025 at 8:38 am

I’m new doing my new lifestyle on plant based! I bought gold standard protein powder! Great and very helpful vedio! Since I gave up eggs! I bought protein powder to help me get muscle!

  10. @sarahjames1806 on August 30, 2025 at 8:39 am

What would be the best protein powder to take, pea protein isolate or brown rice protein? I’ve never taken a protein powder but am really trying to gain muscle but lose fat. I’m allergic to milk protein and soy so those are not an option.. I’m also going to take BCAAs If that makes a difference

    Thank you!

  11. @geno5169 on August 30, 2025 at 8:40 am

  12. @TheNYgolfer on August 30, 2025 at 8:43 am

4:28 If the guys in the study gained 3.3 KG (7.26 pounds) of muscle in 9 months on 20g of whey protein then they needed to check what else those guys were putting in their body..😁

  13. @appasonata2 on August 30, 2025 at 8:43 am

    🥲

  14. @DaemonWall on August 30, 2025 at 8:44 am

No fuck the vegans. We just use their protein powder sometimes cause some of us don’t do as all with milk lol

  15. @שגהש on August 30, 2025 at 8:44 am

He basically said: 1. Vegan protein is less good than whey when comparing a 20g protein serving. 2. If you take a 30g protein serving it doesn’t matter which protein you use
    Hope this helps

  16. @DavidCBacca on August 30, 2025 at 8:44 am

I do wish he’d stop moving his hands around like that. It’s giving me eye-ache. He needs pockets on his trousers.

  17. @Jo-ep3dj on August 30, 2025 at 8:44 am

  18. @toushifahmadkhan3719 on August 30, 2025 at 8:45 am

  19. @mesere7 on August 30, 2025 at 8:45 am

OK boomers 😁 please try to refrain from using pictures of steak and animal flesh which is actually quite gross especially in a vid about vegan protein, reserve those for the meatheads im sure they are happy to see this, otherwise good vid and info, mp is my favourite, thanks

  20. @geno5169 on August 30, 2025 at 8:46 am

I usually eat oatmeal ! With walnuts! Flaxseed! Some day’s fruit smoothie! Tofu rap!

  21. @meryssosa4427 on August 30, 2025 at 8:47 am

I want a vegan protein because the other ones make my stomach very upset don’t witch one get

  22. @rainbowpixel_4145 on August 30, 2025 at 8:48 am

How do other people over 200lbs ~90kg consistently eat that much? The low end is about 150g of protein a day. The only way Ive ever been able to do this is with multiple blocks of tofu and 3+ protein shakes. It works well but becomes economically unsustainable after a time. I feel like there’s some secret im missing but maybe every vegan putting on mass is just nonstop slurping these things down?

  23. @geno5169 on August 30, 2025 at 8:49 am

So what’s best vegan protein powder out there??😊😊😊

  24. @chrisCANguitar on August 30, 2025 at 8:51 am

  25. @ΘεόδωροςΚολιολιός on August 30, 2025 at 8:52 am

Can I consume soy protein powder daily?

  26. @Multilingualtricker on August 30, 2025 at 8:53 am

I was expecting a comparison of the different vegan protein (soy vs pea vs rice) instead I get more plant vs whey. Video does not do what the title says!

  27. @bubandlisa on August 30, 2025 at 8:56 am

    MEAT
The fact you require PROCESSED MANUFACTURED PROTEIN says your diet is lacking

  38. @arranmcmenamin4959 on August 30, 2025 at 9:08 am

Would there be a benefit to a non-vegan,(such as myself) using a vegan protein powered, in combination with milk and animal products in meals to diversify there protein sources?

  47. @ΘεόδωροςΚολιολιός on August 30, 2025 at 9:25 am

I want to ask two questions 1) for example, if a vegetable protein powder has the same grams of protein as a whey protein, are they equivalent in volume? and 2) a question, do vegetable proteins for volume also need amino acids?

  48. @jaypj023 on August 30, 2025 at 9:26 am

I’m not a vegan but I’ve had to stop using Whey Protein as it increased my acne exponentially. Tried Pea Protein Isolate and the taste was truly unbearable.
Vegan Chocalate protein flavoured was the only way forward.

  49. @shubhamraj5605 on August 30, 2025 at 9:27 am

    Review nutrabay pea protein please

  50. @zayzookaplays on August 30, 2025 at 9:29 am

I should’ve read the comments first. I would have saved some time. Smh.
