    #1 stay away from soy protein powder,, u say plant protein i disagree and im lactose intolerant … plant protein u dont get full essential amino acid.. incomplete amino acid

    I agree, whey is inflammatory. Get collagen or beef isolate protein. Plant based protein isn’t digested as well and isn’t absorbed as well either. Main protein as animal foods. Carbs protein fiber with every meal

    I’m 52 and lost a lot of muscle mass over a 3 year period from an illness. I don’t wanna get ripped so I’m not your target viewer but I do want to regain my muscle mass before I get to the point in my age where I simply can’t anymore. What is your suggestion as far as protein intake and a moderate exercise system

    Plant Protein is a waste of time if your not vegan or have a religious reason for it. Plant protein has low bioavailability meaning you need more to get the same effect as whey. If your Whey is giving you gas look for a pure whey isolate which is lactose free. If you have whey concentrate the lactose is still there. For more and real accurate information give me a shout not this bro science small dude.

    Many things to point out in the video : 1)If you are lactose intolerant, whey will still suit you, just buy whey isolate smh
    2) If you want a whey protein which you can spice it up using different flavours occasionally then just buy raw unflavoured whey
