I am so sad that Ive had to stop running. I’ve been a runner and I noticed it didn’t work anymore. I just hike and I’m good. I was gaining running long distances. I was pudgy. Something that wasn’t the norm before.

Low carb/ keto, intermittent fasting and lifting weights have been my saviours.
Strength training is where it’s at!
I stopped drinking (and I never drank a lot), started eating a balanced diet (incorporated protein/carbs and healthy fats, strength training 3x a week, walking several times a week, meditating and focusing on “me”….lost 50lbs in 9 months (from 214lbs to 164lbs)….still working and have never felt better. Oh and btw…will be 58yo in a week and I’m currently in full blown menopause so the struggle is real!!!! I love her videos 😇❤️
