Fibre, multivit, glucosamine (w/chondrin and msm), omega 3&6, creatine, vitamin c, vitamin d3 and vitamin k2 are all the supplements anybody athlete should need as the rest can be taken via food.

ALA omega 3 (flax seed, chia seed, hemp hearts, walnuts, etc.) is essential. The body can make EPA and DHA from ALA if there is not too much omega 6, which happens when consuming most vegetable oils (excluding olive and avocado oil which are high in monounsaturated omega 9). Algae oil EPA and DHA doesn’t has much low mercury and other toxins found in fish. Fish get their EPA and DHA from eating algae or other fish that do.
I,m 54 I take celtic sea salt 86 minerals and shilajit 84 , I have it with queen honey and cloves and cinnamon sticks, I chew the sticks and cloves as they clean and regulate the belly zo all year round I have no excess fat , I have energy everyday like I,m 20 again . 😊
This guy is full of shit. There’s only 15 essential minerals. Where does he get 91 essential minerals. Just look at the period chart, there’s only 118 elements.
This is SO cringe😂, about 16 to 20 minerals are biologically safe and beneficial for human consumption—these are considered nutritionally essential or conditionally important for health. Not 91! 😂 A quick google search will prove this claim illegitimate….
The food on America is garbage, so we all need to supplement. Each body is as different as a thumbprint. IF it’s feasible, take the appropriate tests to see where you are deficient instead of guessing or using blanketed suggestions. Consider any contraindications and as always discuss with your PCP and/or DO and ND🕊
Or you could just get plenty of sunshine and eat plenty of red meat, better, eggs, fish and salt and get all the essential vitamins and minerals you need and not have to supplement. It’s all in the food already!

What are the 91 essential minerals and what makes them essential? We hardly have enough information on trace mineral functions to determine their effects and whether they’re "essential" or even necessary.
Esential means the boddy doesnt produce them. Thats why we need them for outsources. Also we need them to live for sure, but we need alot of molecules to live but the boddy can produce them.
Says who?😂 isnt being natural making the best of your surroundings? People forget ignorance can be bliss. Worrying daily about health will give you stress which leads too

This is insane. The salt would have like 1% of your requirement for any of those minerals, the amino acids are from food. The only thing he has right is the omega 3s

Save your money on everything he suggested! You can by salt at the grocery store, mineral salt is not magic salt. When you eat protein from meat you get all of the amino acids. If you purchase Grass Fed beef you will get a much better source of Essential Fatty Acids! Real food, it’s cheaper and always better than supplements!!!
I am sorry; however, he is just incorrect about Omega-3. EPA/DHA are almost exclusively found in fish. ALA, found in plants, is a very poor substitute for most. Also, supplements are prone to oxidation which reduces the bioavailability. Just eat sardines.
Gary talks so much BS, i don’t understand how he still has any credibility. There are are 9, not 8, essential amino acids and you don’t need to supplement them in free form, just get enough high quality protein in your diet.
This phone is like 15 years behind
What about the mineral BS

Wonder what amino spectrum is good to take?
I’m curious about which of the 9 essential amino acids he must think is non-essential
These people should stop lying about all of this for money lol what fools to believe in these lies
1. Creatin
2. Fish oil (Omega 3)
3. Vitamin D3 K2
4. Mineral & Vitamin Complex
5. Whey
They always have bad hairlines and horrible skin texture

There’s only 2
Protein
Creatine

What full-spectrum amino acids does he use?
This is SO cringe😂, about 16 to 20 minerals are biologically safe and beneficial for human consumption—these are considered nutritionally essential or conditionally important for health. Not 91! 😂 A quick google search will prove this claim illegitimate….
What are the two essential fatty acids?
“Essential” in this context actually means that the body doesn’t produce it, so you must get it from outside sources.

Amen Friends 🎉❤

All those things can easily found almost in "normal" foods
What about Duck eggs? Mike O’Hearn swears by them. He’s my favourite natural bodybuilder.
Eggs have 18 of 20 amino acids…more dude bro supplement pushers
Talkin about supplements and minerals and vitamins and shit but would get fd up right up his buttox by a homo sapines lived 10k years ago.
Ment , eq , Dbol , Superdrol , a little clen on the side to stop being soft
1. Jesus
2. Fellowship
3.bible
4. Family

Btw everyone you cannot get omega 3s EPA/DHA from plants. Only animal foods. Period. Don’t ever bank on getting proper nutrients from plants.
He sells the amino acids 😂
Wouldn’t a carnivores get plenty of amino acids naturally?
Aren’t there 9 essential amino acids or am i bugging?
L. Reuteri
Can he count that was only 3 lol
English please
This is bullshit
Nailed it!
Awesome superbly stated
Esential means the boddy doesnt produce them. Thats why we need them for outsources. Also we need them to live for sure, but we need alot of molecules to live but the boddy can produce them.
Fulvic acid is best

Looks like the editor of the vidoe did a bad job. I only counted 3 things.
Bahaa salt y’all. My ass. Eat some real food 😂
But there are nine EAA’s????? This guy is a goof😭
Anything you can used but the age of this human nation is 60 years average
This is insane. The salt would have like 1% of your requirement for any of those minerals, the amino acids are from food. The only thing he has right is the omega 3s
….. we need six essential minerals…. only six…. then there are six trace minerals…. where the f did he get 91?!?!
Nice sells
