I wanted to like this shoe and ordered one with half size bigger. My foot still feels too tight. So order 1 size bigger. And it’s not designed for wide feet. So will return it.
I found this video after searching how to clean it. I’ve had these shoes for almost a year now, and did not get any splits or issues whatsoever. And I’ve worn them SO much.

I wish I would knew your channel sooner, I already buy a pair. I tipically use my training shoes for the gym(free weights and machines). Nothing of pliometrics or CrossFit.
Which exercises, machines would you recommend to avoid with this shoe to not have this problem?
I already had a really bad experience with the metcon 7(they broke in the upper of the toe box)

Oh dang it! I just bought these a couple days ago and the Nike invincible 3’s and now I’m rethinking my last two purchases that cost me $300. I should’ve done more research.🫠
