i recently read something by a cardiologist that people with healthy hearts are getting afib from fish oil, im not sure what dosage that is but is this true Dr? it concerns me because i take 2400 mg almost everyday

Dr. Gundry, I’ve been a fan for a long time and take your recommended supplements but recently Sally Norton advises against Vitamin C supplementation because it facilitates oxalate formation. I think this is her contention. What say you?

Magnesium glycinate should’ve been #1. It is for me. Vitamin D2 (prescription) and D3 (OTC or sunlight), and Ignennus Super B-Complex. For my seasonal allergies and to strengthen my immune system before catching a cold, flu, or (God forbid) Covid, I take two Viva Natural Elderberry+Zinc+ Vitamin C capsules everyday. I wish I knew about these supplements earlier in life. Many of my health and skin issues like my tinea versicolor, seborrheic dermatitis aeczema; and mental health: depression and anxiety were probably from malnutrition and supplement deficiencies. I added trace mineral droplets 馃挦 and two lemon 馃崑 slices to my water cup 馃イ and my skin is glowing and less dry and my energy increased.

Thank you for all your wisdom Dr Gundry. I was diagnosed with Covid longhauler. Ijad some blood work done that looked at cytokines. My scd40l was five times higher than normal. My rantes was on the upper level. I have had chronic dizziness which is getting better. I have always had problems with my digestion. A lot of constipation. Could these high levels possibly go down by fixing my leaky gut? No one seems to understand how to get these levels down. The Dr Thad ran the tests put me on the aids antiviral drug.
What I like about his video here is that he gets to the point in 3.5 minutes. All the others take 10 to 15 minutes in recommending supplements.
