We need boron to activate vitamin D

This only works if you have a deficiency in these and these are quite common but if you fix your diet and lifestyle and stop melting into your furniture and live an active lifestyle you can probably fix it instead of taking these supplements to completely replace activity or going outside

do not take zinc without copper.. doctors know nothing about nutrition, do not look to them for advice about general health. there are 92 essential vitamins, minerals and amino acids… i guarantee the majority of doctors are not well versed in any of them! Zinc and copper compete for absorption in the body, and excessive zinc intake can reduce copper levels, potentially leading to anemia, weakened immunity, and neurological issues. for every 15 mg of zinc you have to take between 2 mg of copper. you can’t just load up on zinc, without taking copper, you will have problems in the long run. Do your own research, all the answers are out there!

If you take too much magnesium, you won’t be able to sleep.. if you take too much vitamin d, you will feel weak..

Clinical data shows that vitamins have no effect on longevity or health

  22. @soulseeker1651 on June 8, 2025 at 1:53 am

Be careful with zinc. I took 50 mg everyday for three years, because of corona chan, than suddenly I noticed all my hairs turned grey and I was always dizzy, the dizziness got so bad, I went to the doctor and tested my blood and I was deficient in copper because of zinc. Now I just take zinc once a week. Because my daily vitamin has zinc in it, 7.5 mg.

  31. @fizzel5711 on June 8, 2025 at 2:06 am

Why not just eat proper food ? Maybe you could justify the vitamin D but the others are nonsense with no clinical value in the majority of people

  33. @senoritasue2642 on June 8, 2025 at 2:07 am

Which calcium supplement is best in terms of absorption??

  34. @inittiela4934 on June 8, 2025 at 2:08 am

there is no such thing as most important nutrient and taking doses like 1g of magnesium for short period may be beneficial but long term it will harm you in most cases but other important point is that magnesium doeasnt work in body on its own so taking high doses magnesium without other nutrients will lead to dangerous depletion of others

  35. @helenjackson9232 on June 8, 2025 at 2:09 am

He missed vitamin ‘C which is the number 1 and you want time released vitamin C and the rest follow

    How about vitamin c?

  46. @Chanel15477 on June 8, 2025 at 2:23 am

I take all of them except glycinate, I need citrate. The doctor says don’t worry about taking too much mag, you’ll just empty it out. Zinc keeps the virus out of your cells is what I heard.

  47. @iosif-crinborsos7518 on June 8, 2025 at 2:26 am

Make sure when taking Zinc to add Copper and Chromium Picolinate.
I take vit D3 10000 ui coconut MCT oil, vit k2 mk7 200 mcg with coconut oil ( these softgels are well absorbed and no upset stomach), Zinc Picolinate 50 mg, Copper 2 mg, Chromium Picolinate 200 mcg and Magnesium Glycinate 1200 mg (elemental magnesium is 240 mg).

  48. @CubanMofo on June 8, 2025 at 2:26 am

    My top three are
    Nattokinase
    Serrapeptase
    Q-10
    All high doses

  49. @iampennochio on June 8, 2025 at 2:27 am

Look people you can get a blood test done for vitamin and mineral deficiencies so why guess? Magnesium that has b6 in it can cause neurological problems. It’s not necessarily listed on the bottle. You can fix one thing and be overdosing on the other. Get a test look up the food groups that can fix what you are deficient in.

  50. @BUFFALO_cougar_slayer on June 8, 2025 at 2:27 am

Doesn’t zinc being too high block copper absorption? Seems like a supplement I’d want to avoid
