Just tried this workout and enjoyed it a lot ! I have a question tho, it says full body workout but I feel like some parts of the body like abs are left out from this ? Any tips on what I should add to this training to make it more complete or is it fine like this ?
what about biceps?
Will these exercises make you loose belly fat?
This is awesome ! I started a week ago and feel pumped to continue .

Man I quit Gym after I started around September last year. Barely went for a month. I was searching for content since I have decided to start back today. Your routine was not overwhelming. I am going to try this routine as long as needed. I am currently 99.05 KGs at 5’ 11”. I have not set any time to achieve my target weight, which is 80. I weighed 77 KGs when I was at my leanest ever with poking bones so I don’t wanna drop there. I just wanna stay strong and consistent. Stopping sugar for a month gave my jawline back. Now my face looks like it belongs to a different body ha ha. Believe it or not. I got into fragrances and that is what pushed me towards gym again. I just want to pull of those fragrances with some nice 30 odd dresses in my closed I am not able to wear since gaining weight.
That pile of clothes is another motivation. Anyway, I hope to better myself for good and never look back. Wish me luck.
No biceps?
Great video I’ve been looking for a video like this for about a week
Wow you’re so good 🙌🏻
Are these fir weight loss?
Hey how long we can do this? And what’s the program after the beginning program?
What about roids?
How long were u in the gym to tranform like this?
Thanks
Is this full body? Like you do all these in one day
exactly what I needed!
I’m a beginner. Does anyone know how long I should do this routine and when to change things up? At times I feel lost in the gym because I don’t really know what weight exercises to do. Any advice from anyone would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
Is this workout good for someone who is obese and has a lot of weight to lose?
Could i do this everyday?
5:15 you’re the first person I’ve heard to stop before a full leg extension, 😳
Man, this video gave me so much information. I hope you’re still making videos like this. It’s definitely a calling for you.
What if these reps are not to heavy for you strength wise but they cause joint pain
Every since this vid and everyone checking in me all the time I got my mind right and started a new thing that has worked well called lazy workouts. Spending a lot of time at the desk I keep 8 to 45 lbs weights all around me so inevitably lift all the time cause you get bored and can zone out and rep out 100 easy. Also works on your stabilizer muscles and core as your keeping good form and stretching much as possible. I get to chill and really burn out and get a good mind connection to the contraction and find what form works best to keep ya from injury. Triceps extensions, bicep curls, flies, shoulder press, wrist curls, forearm pullbacks! It’s good time. Wanna show more folks as it’s very accessible to anyone and helps me as a lazy ass slowly gain my way to energy and working hard. I do 500 reps almost daily now and don’t have to recover for days like before. I’ll work for a month take a week or two off gain that lust for working out and heal up good and come back stronger
Do you have a workout routine for the week?
I started yesterday, went back with the wife for an hour after work, only started with sauna, step master, and then lil bit of arms

Tb3s to 🔥
Thanks for the video, very informative. I was wondering, though, if I go three times a week or even twice, do I always have to repeat these exercises? Shouldn’t I alternate? Today, a guy more experienced than me was advising me to do more chest exercises because he thought the peck deck wasn’t enough and therefore I needed to do more and more varied exercises…
Full body split machines is the best to get comfortable on the gym. Free weights and even the pulley wire rope thing can be intimidating in a busy gym.
Also is there any warm up for this?
What if the gym at my apartments doesn’t have a leg press? What can I do to replace that exercise?
Been unwell for a year and gained so much weight. Starting gym tomorrow. Appreciate your guidance.
Liked and Subbed. Is this a routine suitable for everyday or should it be alternated?
Thank you so much. Disabled veteran here and getting back into working out after I found out I have nerve damage in my arms. Appreciate your encouragement.
@BrixFitness I recently found your YouTube channel while searching for a workout routine. Finding (and sticking to) a routine has been difficult for me. I’m 49 years of age and I completed this routine today and I feel great. I will continue doing this routine. I’ve subscribed to your channel and I’ll continue to follow you. Thank you.
as a video for beginners, i think you should explain what reps and sets and other terms mean

Day 2
Thank you man. You made my first day in the gym easy.🙌
You don’t want our knees going inward but my legs are knocking they actually scrub each other so I cannot help that but I’ll try to put a towel between my legs to keep them from scrubbing against each other.😢
That is not the same person 😂….. Wow Very Nicely done 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 THANKS For the Instructions ❤
Injuries to shoulder and knees lead to me not doing alot of exercise over the last few years and i feel it so bad but was hesitant to get back into the gym but your video was great to help to motivate me to get back to basics and get back into the gym, thanks.
This machine-only workout is perfect for beginners! Super clear and helpful.
Your videos always brighten my day!
If you are a begginer you should only use free weights and focus on proper form. You will still make decent gains and you will be prepared against futuro form related injuries.
Bro literally has the build in aiming for new sub!
Thanks. Will copying this routine for my 3 days per week training
29 6’7 I’m at my heaviest I’ve ever been over 420 lbs I stopped going to the gym but I’m so ready to get back in shape and reach my goal of 270/275
thank you for this!! 🙏🏾🙏🏾
appreciate the video bro the gym can be intimidating if you don’t know what you’re doing 😅
Hi. I am just starting this routine and want to know should I follow the routine using the machines in the order as presented in the video?
