Quality stack, I’m virtually the same stack mass gainer protein, creatine, multi vitamin, fish oil. No collagen, I take prescription pharmaceuticals for sleep.

I think using roids at this point is less harmful than eating those garbage chemicals everyday as your diet, stop eating magic powders, or "supplements" , eat that crap everyday and someone who is on a bit of roids and eats a healthy diet outlives you.
All though im natural the kids who are going to cry that roids are so unhealthy are the same eating this crap. If i take off like 3 or 4 years and i live to 78 instead of 82. Im more than happy knowing that the roids i took gave me the right amount of anger to stand up for myself, made me more attractive, and be stronger. By the logic of these anti roid kids they should be putting up signs callling for the ufc to be stopped because it gives cte and take years of ur life. As long as your not an idiot cycling a bunch of drugs your good. And almost every1 is on roids, especially people with not too extreme physiques.

My stack: protein from food, I have the luxury of not being in a rush so I get enough, creatine…. Eat fruits and veggies for vitamins
Whey > Isolate. I also believe you need to be taking vitC with your collagen. I don’t remember why, but it should be combined. Look it up mate
Wat bout for hair
To be honest I think a testosterone protocol with herbs and DHEA Together will solve your mental health and test levels, other than that I recommend 10 grams of creatine a day and whey protein. That’s really all you need but adding vitamins and supplements with a real goal to achieve works you just have to figure out what works with your body
