The problem is that I have disabilities and a lot of protein requires you to cook it. I need to eat something that I don’t have to cook that actually tastes good that’s low in calories, healthy, and doesn’t cost a lot of money because my health is bad and I’m short, a woman, and middle aged and can’t exercise much so my metabolism is not great so I can’t eat 4000 calories like a tall athletic man.

I didn’t know I was supposed to have protein goals!!!

Why do we need those horrible UNHEALYHY protein shakes???
NO TO AVOCADOS farvtoo water consuming, so are tomatoes too bit those have lycopeen and vit C healthy fats and fibers can be founds elsewhere in a more evironment friendly produce….

  7. @thomasrudder9639 on September 11, 2025 at 9:22 am

Over complicating? Just go carnivore and save yourself all this complications.

  9. @Rrrr-y4r on September 11, 2025 at 9:23 am

Could you please give examples with whole foods? Not sausage, not egg whites in a package, not mire than 1-2 eggs a day … Struggling with getting enough protein.

  10. @EllevVvel on September 11, 2025 at 9:24 am

The problem is money. All I can afford are eggs, tuna, lentils, and yogurt and I’m planning to buy a protein shake next month. But even with all of those I won’t be able to hit 70g of protein every single day (I asked ChatGPT what the bare minimum I could hit so 70 is based on my weight, height.. etc) So that’s why I won’t go extreme with my workouts even though I’d like to 🫩

  11. @lexip396able on September 11, 2025 at 9:27 am

    I don’t want to eat all that😂

  12. @msimrow on September 11, 2025 at 9:29 am

I eat 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 12 cup of blueberries and raspberries, 2 pieces of high fiber toast, a scoop of protein powder mixed with water, and strong greens/ reds. 648 calories, 44g of protein, 19g of fat, 84 carbs with tons of fiber. fast and easy to make in the morning.

  13. @michaelviglianco6121 on September 11, 2025 at 9:29 am

    Thats like 3 breakfasts

  14. @marimar__90 on September 11, 2025 at 9:30 am

  15. @genevadental5346 on September 11, 2025 at 9:30 am

It’s still almost impossible to hit 70-100 grams a days for a regular woman but that’s what we need

  16. @rebeccamiller8434 on September 11, 2025 at 9:33 am

How much protein should I eat for each meal?

  19. @Queen_Libra1977 on September 11, 2025 at 9:34 am

There are some Greek yogurts that have 25g-30g of protein in one serving

  20. @ladyvonwake1476 on September 11, 2025 at 9:36 am

Fasting and having a protein only for for my 1 pm meal.
    I’m full until 6:30pm dinner.

  25. @avarias0001 on September 11, 2025 at 9:40 am

Why are you angry with us?

  26. @ExileOnMyStreet on September 11, 2025 at 9:43 am

This is a little disingenuous and misleading as most of your weight loss was the result of Ozempic, so when you say "I’ve lost 100 pounds" like everyone can do it just as easily, it simply isn’t true if people choose the natural way,

  27. @DanielleSuzette4444 on September 11, 2025 at 9:44 am

What brand of turkey sausage do you use?

  28. @andreap9952 on September 11, 2025 at 9:44 am

Could you please translate that for someone who has very high cholesterol (hereditarily)? Not myself , but my boyfriend who is trying to increase his protein intake to around 120g/day but the more meat /eggs he eats daily , the more he is upping his cholesterol intake . Yes I’m aware of vegan protein but can you please give examples of what it looks like when you are not increasing your saturated fat and cholesterol intake as much ? Thank you 🙂

  29. @Sophiamia6960 on September 11, 2025 at 9:44 am

  34. @orangejmoothies on September 11, 2025 at 9:54 am

half a cup of egg whites is not 20grams of protein.

  35. @stabletocity3976 on September 11, 2025 at 9:56 am

How fatty is the turkey sausage? I love sausages but I think they’re fattier and I cannot eat a lot of fattier foods as I have gallstones and need to be careful.

  36. @melarkmorningstar5799 on September 11, 2025 at 10:00 am

The best thing I’m learning here is how to combine my protein with an easy fiber choice to burn fat. Love it and I feel so satisfied.
