Should You Buy Wrist Wraps???

Should you buy wrist wraps? Maybe! They can be a great addition to your gym bag if you experience wrist pain during any exercise (bench press, squats, shoulder press, curls, etc). I don’t recommend using them for everything like you see some people do. But if you’re having pain or can’t keep your wrist straight, these could help!

I’ve got wrist pain but i suspect that it is from lack of grip strenght and bad form, when i focus on gripping right and tight the pain goes away

I’d point out you should only use them when your forearms/ wrists are already worn out. If you sue them all the time you’ll just heavy really week forearms/ wrists

My wrist extremely hurts after doing the tuck planche. It doesn’t even feel while doing but hurts after completing the tuck planche, what should I do?

It’s also important not to always use them 24/7. If you have wrist stability issues, you’ll fix that by keeping on keeping on. Pain, I deal with during ez bar curls, and only use them during that lift personally.
