    Which one is better

  26. @coaxi4162 on September 12, 2025 at 9:50 am

I can’t do pre work out. Makes me constantly have diarrhea.

  27. @DennysMakesMusic on September 12, 2025 at 9:50 am

Heres a question i thought of, most people ise pre workout before a workout to get a more intense (thus burning more calories and building more muscle) whereas coffee isnt great for exercise as it leads you stomache feeling heavy after drinking.

So begs the question if your using pre workout as its marketed as it still bad?

  28. @JacobHarrelson on September 12, 2025 at 9:50 am

This is somewhat right but you got a few things wrong.

  29. @EUTSTube on September 12, 2025 at 9:53 am

I still can’t make a choice after watching this. I got more confused.😅

  30. @MereoniDainiteri on September 12, 2025 at 9:54 am

  31. @alwaysevergreenhindi on September 12, 2025 at 9:56 am

    You’re Indeed a superhero my guy ❤

  32. @RedHeadedStepChild-l9t on September 12, 2025 at 9:57 am

I am a biology student and I can confirm that this guy knows what he is talking about. Adenosine (tired inducing ligand) binds to a receptor telling your cells/ body it’s time to rest. Caffeine binds to the adenosine receptor instead of adenosine causing you to not feel tired. This gives the allusion of gaining energy. Even though it is just preventing tiredness. Although I wouldn’t recommend it to much. Your body will produce more receptors to account for the blockage of adenosine, this will make you require more preworkout to feel the same result. This is one of the million examples of immune negative feedback.

  38. @GabriellaYoung-m6k on September 12, 2025 at 10:04 am

I love that he’s actually truthful and doesn’t make you lean towards his opinion on what he likes more but gives you options in a kinda healthy way than just saying calorie deficit

  39. @dhyeyupadhyay4052 on September 12, 2025 at 10:06 am

This guy should have way more subscribe rs

  45. @granted_access on September 12, 2025 at 10:11 am

the amount of waste of liquids is getting insane

  46. @Guajardoandco on September 12, 2025 at 10:12 am

To be fair it depends on the brand and ingredient list. Good preworkouts will have nootropics increasing focus as well as pump products like glycoral to make your pumps last longer and be overall better.

  47. @shemarsmith9262 on September 12, 2025 at 10:12 am

The clips of you playing around with the props are more insane than they seem at first. Wild how much work you probably put into the practical effects here

  48. @Shaycare on September 12, 2025 at 10:13 am

Still would rather recommend Yerba mate as it gives you longer and more sustained energy than coffee

  49. @benjaminwade6277 on September 12, 2025 at 10:14 am

Did not know that was how pre workout works, Interesting.
