Odd question, but can I sleep in them? I’m looking for a pair of earbuds that I can do everything casual in. Studying, Gym, Chilling, and most importantly, SLEEP. I live with two other roommates and sometimes I find it hard to fall asleep especially earlier into the night. I wear foam plugs but I want to switch so I can play some light rain in my ear to fully block out noise. Would you recommend these for sleep? Any chance they might break? Hope to hear from you even if the video is old. Thanks for the review!
I dont like how it imports the sound. I want true noise canceling ear buds. I don’t want to hear anything besides the music.

A $10 set of IEM’s sounds better than these. They don’t even have LDAC or Aptx-HD support. Hard pass!
I’ve been waiting for beats to make a noise cancelling version forever! I’ve been using mine for 5 years everyday and they still work like new. Best for the gym for me and high velocity movement.
the best sports earbuds were Jaybird vista… Logitech bought them for tech then dissolved them…. economics sometimes don’t produce the best product… giant corporations just swallow up the competition before people realize that there’s a better alternative, anything that goes on the outside the ear is stupid

Dual pairing is missing
I’ve had my Powerbeats pro since fall of 2019. Used em basically everyday from working to working out to even just listening to podcast while doing chores. Only just now broke cuz I left it under a faulty soap dispenser and is now covered in soap and unsalvageable. 100% going to be buying a new pair of these. Can’t wait.
I like how they finally made cases that match the color of the ear buds you purchased. And they’re able to charge wirelessly.
Apple definitely could’ve made these as good or better than the Airpods but they can’t outdo the main line with a secondary line

Bought them based on this review. Long term airpods pro user.
ANC is basically non existend (at least what im used to)
The eartips are either slightly to big or to small for me.
The hook is very unconfortable and the pods are a very bad fit for my ears.
All in all a total failure for me. Had to send them back and buy a new pair of airpods pro.
Dr Dre had nothing to do with these.
All I want to ask is, DID THE FIX THE PROBLEM WITH ONE EARBUD CHARGING WHILE THE OTHER ONE DIDNT? I went through 3 pair in 2 years because of this…
What about the microphone & call quality quality?

I hope they revamp the beat fit pros, and give the hearing test feature from the AirPod pro 2’s. I love my beats fit pros, but if they released a “2” version, I’d preorder immediately
What is the sound quality compared to the original Beats Pro?
So I bought this and they are okay. I have the original ones also. The new ones fit a little bit different. Got to find which ear pieces fit best. But my number one problem is, I am an avid work out person and I love doing an after workout recouperation. So like Sauna, Cold Plunge and hot tub. But these cant go in the sauna like the original ones can. They over heat and disconnect in about 5-7 min every time. I know it says somewhere that you shouldnt use them in the sauna but the original ones work just fine in there. As far as everything else, What Marques says is accurate. I highly recommend to Marques to add testing to things like that when they are a workout piece. Now I have to find a new pair to wear that will work in the sauna so I dont have 20 min of quietness.

Everyone I know who has the Gen 1 PowerBeats Pro, myself included, has major charging issues that Apple denied. Sound quality and pairing was amazing. Charging connection was TERRIBLE. Hope they fixed that. I’m skeptical.

The power beats were probably the greatest ear buds ever made simply because they never fell out of my ear like everything else did. I lost them years ago and kept chasing that same requirement in everything else from AirPods to the beats fit pros. I’m so happy they finally came out with an updated version with modern features I ordered my pair after the first few minutes of the video
I wear my power beats pro for work so the long battery life matters.

Personal review between Powerbeats Pro (wired) and Powerbeats Pro 2 is that the wired version – released years ago – has more depth and details. Doesn’t have all the new features but sounds better.

Ear hooks are a must with gym buds! I always laugh at the random single airpods I see in the parking lot and random places.
