I have tried many vegan proteins but they are loaded with fillers, sweeteners and flavors. Probase Nutrition vegan proteins have no fillers, no sugars, no colorants and they are 100% organic.

I’m on looking for protein sources for my kids. They are allergic to soy as well as nuts. They are allergic to meats and seafood so we all decided to go plant based. My husband also has a lot of allergies.
I can eat all the plant protein but I’m having a hard time finding variety for the rest of the fam.

Just looked up nature valley again, definitely NOT soy free , it contains soy lecithin. Pretty sure raisin bran does too. I wish this video was educational about avoiding soy like it says in the title, instead of misleading!

  24. @nunyadamnbidness2531 on July 10, 2025 at 4:43 am

The protein found in plants is known as fiber. its indigestible for a non herbivore such as a human. almost every item on this list is toxic to a human being and will shorten your life which is cool if you’re into that sort of thing. Despite the fact that cows can digest it they still decide to eat birds because it isn’t sufficient.

  25. @QueenChristy514 on July 10, 2025 at 4:44 am

When I tell you I appreciate you so much for providing vegan soy free options. I’m transitioning from vegetarian to vegan but I don’t react well with soy so it was TERRIBLE because of how much soy was in the alternatives I was using

I use Probase Pea Protein and their Pumpkin Seed Proteins – The best! Unflavored and unsweetened. Probase Nutrition vegan proteins beat most in the market based on flavor, ingredients and how clean their proteins are. I bought mine at http://www.probasenutrition.net
