Is Whoop 4.0 Worth The Hype?
I wore the Whoop 4.0 for a month and this is my honest unbiased review.
(I AM NOT GETTING PAID TO SAY THIS) So if you have never heard of whoop, here’s what my old mate Chat GPT says about it.

WORST PRODUCT EVERโฆ There are thousands of reports from people saying that this bracelet has multiple defects and stops working in less than a week. So, be careful when buying it. Mine lasted only five days, and I had to request a replacement. The second one lasted a month. They stop working randomly. Terrible product.

You cannot access the 12 months free app or the whoop without entering a credit card, why they don’t trust thier product is good enough for me to renew of my own free will after a year. "You can opt out at any time, but what about an option to opt in. I Also don’t trust them to guard my details and not have a "Data Breech", glad Good Old Amazon will let me return it for refund.

The angle strap will also make it more fun to wear the battery pack, when away from your home. The only problem, is you have to wear it underneath the socks to be able to measure heartrate, where no one can see it. So no socks on that day ๐
Been using WHOOP for a bit โ itโs decent for tracking workouts and recovery, but not flawless. Sometimes the training timing is off, and the recovery scores can feel inaccurate. Had some pretty slow experiences with support too. Good tool overall, just not perfect.
I was seriously considering getting it until I watched this video. I need to get myself some puss and the last thing I need is a puss repellant. Thanks James Smith.
