I’m a firm believer that your own personal experience is the best teacher and way to analyze things. I’ve been drinking them for about 3 months now and I’ve noticed that I don’t get that hungry during the day. I also vape 5% menthol so that more likely has a role to play.

For about a few weeks now, I drink 2 a day, 1 in the morning and 1 in early afternoon. I’ve gone from 175ish to 160 in about a month.

  8. @typerightseesight on July 15, 2025 at 5:04 am

I drank it for 6 months when I got a job at lunch break I went from 220 lbs to like 180llbs. i just recently switched to the packets because i thoughtt carbonated everyday wasnt good.

I drink 2 a day, one in the morning 7am and one at lunch or after work. I work a labor job, and I work out after work every day I average 15-19k steps a day. Everytime I drink one I always feel scared but I do so much and try to eat clean so I hope it dosnt harm me. I get its bad if you drink them and eat like shit and sit around all day though.

Im 6’4 200 pounds, work out 4-5 times a week and eat healthy.

I drink 3-4 a day with no issues.

  15. @Invective on July 15, 2025 at 5:16 am

I ordered a case In the uk, I recommend you have one after you have eaten, on an empty stomach you will not feel too good. And only have one because I couldn’t sleep for a whole night after I had one. I’m a tea enjoyer which has much higher caffeine but you can get an immediate sharpness after you drink a Celsius, its definitely stronger than a monster energy doesn’t taste as good but certainly has more punch. And if you from the uk it’s comparable to lucozade but lucozade isn’t loaded with caffeine, lucozade is way more addictive and this is just way more potent, I’d prefer this to a red bull. But remember the best drink is water

  16. @Leon1982db on July 15, 2025 at 5:17 am

How did you not mention erythritol !? They use it in the water packets.

  22. @robbycreely8369 on July 15, 2025 at 5:23 am

I lost 66lbs with the help of Celsius, a strict diet and an intense workouts as well. Love Celsius!

  23. @MajinMartian on July 15, 2025 at 5:24 am

I credit Celsius to my weight loss. My friends and I decided to start hitting a biking trail on the weekends. As it became routine I started buying the Celsius packets to give me that extra push as I felt sluggish at times. And let me tell you not only did it give me that extra push it actually aided in my diet. I started eating smaller food portions and ignoring junk food cravings. Went from weighing 190lbs to 165lbs in a little under 4 months just off biking.

These Last 4 weeks I’ve been hitting the gym because now friends and family are telling me that I look too skinny.😂 1 month in and I’m already seeing results and i use Celsius as a pre workout. I really recommend sipping it before and throughout the work out Because of the caffeine. I usually never finish it.. anyways.. total game changer for me

  24. @joomo1944 on July 15, 2025 at 5:29 am

    Garbage….😂😂😂😂

  25. @StolenMemes323 on July 15, 2025 at 5:29 am

I don’t really like the carbonated ones, so so I usually go with the peach mango green tea. The only carbonated one I like is the green apple cherry because it tastes like sparkling cider

  26. @ompa22 on July 15, 2025 at 5:29 am

    Celcius vs monster?

  27. @bmdshred77 on July 15, 2025 at 5:31 am

I never get energy from coffee. I drink about 2 to 3 cups a day. I do keto so coffee keeps me from snacking.
Celsius on other hand I get huge burst in energy before gym. Should I just switch to decaf coffee and do one Celsius?

  28. @wenjingyang1878 on July 15, 2025 at 5:33 am

I had a truly frightening experience with this drink. I thought it was just sparkling water, but it turned out to be incredibly potent. I was drinking four cans a day, and it almost made me seriously ill. I couldn’t sleep at all until I finally checked the label and saw that each can has a staggering 200mg of caffeine. For me, this Celsius product was definitely dangerous. Suffer a lot from the Ceksisu.

  29. @jamesparker224 on July 15, 2025 at 5:35 am

I drink these every so often. Maybe once every few weeks. I don’t feel the caffeine kick but the orange flavour is my go to

  30. @ABOLyfestyle on July 15, 2025 at 5:35 am

Heart rate just went to 120 and made me look up this video lol

  31. @Owll-111 on July 15, 2025 at 5:37 am

Love Celsius but i only drink one in the mornings because it…flushes yesterdays meal if you know what i mean.

  32. @richardmartinez9044 on July 15, 2025 at 5:37 am

    So Celsius over monster ?

  33. @madelineconnors on July 15, 2025 at 5:38 am

The first time I had a Celsius I was surprised at how similar it felt to being on Vyvanse, which I was prescribed for a short while after being diagnosed with ADHD in college. The level of calm and focus after drinking Celsius has me hooked, but I try to only have one every other day. I never experience jitters or anxiety–thank you for letting me know that it’s not as bad for me as I worried it might be!

  34. @robertcurry228 on July 15, 2025 at 5:39 am

Been drinking celsius for a 2 months now, but i only drink one can on days I work out, which is twice a week, so nothing extreme and one can is very strong, much better than coffee, especially for getting thru a workout and getting things done around the house, so i am satisfied with this product

  35. @swolsauce9923 on July 15, 2025 at 5:39 am

I love Celsius. Makes me feel like I’m having a heart attack and completely kills my appetite. 10/10, might be my last comment

  36. @TheChavezFamilyFarm on July 15, 2025 at 5:40 am

I’m a 32 year old-stay at home -toddler-Mom with severe anxiety & caffeine sensitivity but I started drinking Celsius to give me energy & motivation to workout & I’ve been having great workouts but after the initial boost wears off I feel extremely anxious & shaky so I really wish they had 1 with less caffeine, like 100-150 mg instead of 200mg. I think I’ll start drinking just half & seal the other half in an airtight jar so it doesn’t lose carbonation.

  37. @matsuoSonata on July 15, 2025 at 5:41 am

    Thank you 🙏

  38. @LizardMane on July 15, 2025 at 5:41 am

Celsius is probably the "safest" drink from this category but still not good for you

  39. @kenchino0161 on July 15, 2025 at 5:45 am

This thing is so bad for me… i just gave it a try for my workout today and it had me dizzy and gut was feeling uncomfortable. Bad bad drink for me.

  40. @fernandohood5542 on July 15, 2025 at 5:46 am

How much did they pay you.

  41. @DaveGrohlsprincess on July 15, 2025 at 5:49 am

They make me feel like my old self

  42. @wt9653 on July 15, 2025 at 5:51 am

Water and coffee is enough for me 😂

  43. @BlueThunderboltsiren on July 15, 2025 at 5:51 am

At first i thought these were sparkling waters due to the fact some of these said sparkling. Good thing I only had one of these and am doing my research now.

  44. @etrnlrain on July 15, 2025 at 5:51 am

I’m completely off caffeine these days because I get acid reflux, but I still experience occasional migraines and hate taking otc pain relievers like excederin. One of these bad boys (peach vibe 🍑always), and my migraines go away within an hour and no acid reflux!

  45. @forcedge2302 on July 15, 2025 at 5:52 am

Would taking a probiotic offset the gut microbiome issue

  46. @AaronMcIvor-hk6cd on July 15, 2025 at 5:53 am

I don’t care if it’s good or bad for me. I just drank one of these and I can hardly keep from projectile vomiting while I’m trying to work out. I’m never drinking one of these.

  47. @davefunderburk3746 on July 15, 2025 at 5:55 am

    It helps with my neuropathy!
