INTENSE Full Body Fat Burning TABATA Cardio at Home | No Equipment growwithjo
Its time to get in fat burning mode with this quick and effective Tabata workout.
We will do each exercise for 20 seconds and will have a “rest” (walking in place) for 10 only seconds. This will keep our heart rate up and boost our metabolism! If any of the exercises are too challenging for you or you just cant get the coordination down, try to slow the exercise down or walk on the spot so that you keep your heart rate up and keep burning calories.

Did thia for the first time after returning from a 1 month break because of my exams. Previously did chole ting 2week shred and a dance workout. But this is by far this is the most intense I’ve every done. Took 2 breaks in the first 10 minutes but after that it was pretty smooth.
If it gets hard n you feel like giving up, think of the HAPPY DANCE at the end of the video ❤😘😆

I’m a teenager , who’s obese , recently tried cardio and diet
Couldn’t stick to the diet , tho did workout for 2 weeks but didn’t enjoy it recently found this video, thought to give it a shot.
Worth it !
I completed day 3 today but w/ no diet 🎉
I noticed I was little sore today but the 20 min felt little less today than it did on day 1

I gave up at 12:13 today… I’ll try my best to achieve it till 23:03 ….. Definitely one day…. I’ll be 45kg at the end of November( present weight 58)…and all best to all girlies❤

Day 1 completed. Took a water break. This is the easiest workout I have ever done and I am sweating like crazy. Also she gives off positive vibes idk.
