Breathing through your nose has a filter, breathing through your mouth inhales less oxygen and also disrupts your facial features.

I’ve cut out gluten and sometimes sugar from my diet, I’ve been super stress free happy lately (despite having a mental breakdown every onece in a while) and I have fixed my breathing, all I need it for my eczema to finally heal or go away and I’ll be able to play football again but for now I have to worry about my body before using it

I really realized how helpful nose breathing is when I row. I’ll stop in between intervals to get a drink. I’ll start a new interval with my mouth full of liquid. This makes me breathe through my nose as my mouth is full.. My heart rate stays steady and increases at a much slower rate. I’m more efficient. I can do more work with less exhaustion. I’d also mention that the cadence of your breath is very important.
