breathing is done through the mouth! you are wrong when you say on the nose! Do your research man! you are wrong! How much oxygen enters through the nostril and how much through the mouth??? I’m a former athlete and believe me I know what I’m talking about!!

from me personally, get some headphones put on a playlist and run untill u cant, jog till u cant, walk if u cant and keep doing this even if u have to rest start off with low 1-2k and gradually build up to a 5 or even 7k, goodluck.
