28.5 ounces protein bone broth
2 boxes of Banza elbow pasta
2 cups shredded fat free cheese
Seasoning
On the onion salt, pepper, garlic
On the beef
Chili powder, garlic powder, and some paprika

Ive made this weekly for several weeks now, and it’s fantastic… BUT, I can’t see how you get to 70g protein per serving, because Im at 54g per serving. 2lbs beef (192g), 1 bag shredded cheese (56g), 2 boxes Bonza pasta (40g), 29oz beef bone broth (35g). Tomato paste, onion, spices are protein negligible. So, Im getting a total of 323g protein / 6 servings = 54g per serving. What am I missing? And yes, Im very bad at math, so I expect that Im missing something obvious, but I can’t find it.
