    Yeah thats what’s called the doctrine of signatures in nature. Foods resemble the organ or system they benefit. Beets are blood red and cleanse the blood, blueberries resemble pupils and help eyesight, walnuts look like brains and contain omega oils that are super brain healthy, tomatoes look like the heart and cobtain lycopene which benefits heart health, oysters look like testicles and are tremendous for reproductive health, it’s almost as if someone loves us ❤

    I think sometimes you need a supplement since our food supply is not always good and it would take a long time to regulate blood pressure trying to get in enough red foods. And that’s not to mention leaving out sugar in your diet.
