I’ve always dreaded deadlifts because i always ended up with back spasms and the trainers i used did little to improve that until i followed the instructions in this clip. Now i can do 10 without stressing my back

everyone’s got these checklists for perfect form but if u just keep your back straight and get the weight off the ground you’ll be good. It’s a natural movement so your body will know what to do mostly.

  35. @GRUMPER117 on April 6, 2025 at 9:25 pm

Ahh… so I have just been squaring it up this whole time

  36. @SadTingsForever on April 6, 2025 at 9:27 pm

I’ve lifted for a decade and while I specialized(am ignorant to legs but I do squat and deadlift up to 225/315) this is the most knowledge I’ve learned and it came from a 20 second video. I have powerlifter friends who can’t walk now becuase they’d go up to 500 in each and while I bench 400 I need my back cause I like to run/hike. This video gives me the confidence to go up higher in weight. Def going to give 400 plus a couple tries next week.

  37. @azat-y6g on April 6, 2025 at 9:27 pm

    step one: stop deadlifting
    step two: deadlift with dumbbells

  38. @Alex-kt6hx on April 6, 2025 at 9:28 pm

And then, place a paper towel against your shins to stop the bleeding

  45. @hsongz29 on April 6, 2025 at 9:39 pm

Best form ever. Maintain this you will never get an injury

  46. @FuriousWeasel-09 on April 6, 2025 at 9:40 pm

Love the simple explanation. I worked with a trainer that made it so complicated I was doing 8 forms of calculus in my head, I was damn, let me just grab the bar and pick it up.

  47. @TheMindfulMuscle_Anish on April 6, 2025 at 9:41 pm

All of the people are just thinking! Just do it. You will learn from your mistakes.

  48. @boogerTwells on April 6, 2025 at 9:41 pm

Now, how do I do it without farting is the main question
