Man I have great muscle building guns. I always look great and I’m never fat.
Do NOT work out every day. I’ve gotten insane results from working out 3 times per week. This is because muscle needs time to recover between workouts, which are called rest days, and 2 day rest days(or more) is recommended in between workouts. If muscle doesn’t have time to recover, protein synthesis won’t work properly, resulting little significant improvement in hypertrophy
