    who’s the guy on the extreme left on durag 1:10, ig handle or something, I’m striving for his physique, where if you compare his to 1:18, for the upper body, notice how there is not much space between his arm and torso, compared to 1:18, so the V physique is not SO obvious, any idea’s on how to attain it, cause it looks like dude in 1:18 just need’s a more wider torso, am I right?

    Do NOT work out every day. I’ve gotten insane results from working out 3 times per week. This is because muscle needs time to recover between workouts, which are called rest days, and 2 day rest days(or more) is recommended in between workouts. If muscle doesn’t have time to recover, protein synthesis won’t work properly, resulting little significant improvement in hypertrophy
