yup stopped snacking i ate a lot of pasta and rice but my weight still went down from my body composition it looks to be fat and not much water weight just around 0.5 of the 1.75 lbs lost lmao i was so scared it wasnt like was gonna quit tho i might aswell still exercise and eat in a deficit cuz that equals time being lost

Sleeved 9/23. You are so correct about being on an emotional roller coaster. Hit a stall the last 2 months due to a car accident 11/1 and catching whatever virus that’s been going around. I’ve been struggling to get back on my exercise routine and fighting emotional eating. Have my appt for me to see my behavioral therapist. Appreciate your tips and encouraging word’s.
