    Hello, I am 160 cm tall and weigh 49 kilos. My legs are very thin and my butt is completely flat, it seems like it doesn’t exist. I think it is related to my genetics.     Is everyone gonna verbally blow this guy or will somebody tell him that doesn’t do anything for your glutes. You are on your calves the entire time. Driving heels is what makes glutes grow.
