This full body dumbbell workout at home is perfect to build lean muscle and see amazing changes in your physique.

    I started this workout today
    And I felt it so hard in the beginning and thought I would backout
    But when you process through it just felt right and completed the whole session
    Sweating panting and deadly
    But I’m going to continue this and update if any changes come through
    Personally I loved and had fun working out with you❤

    I’m having hypothyroidism and PCOS gained weight and trying to lose it

    This is NOT at all for begginer, half of the movements are harmful and the other half is rest intervals, you need to rethink your definition of begginer

    It’s the 4th of july 2025 and I’ve been doing this for 3 days so far, plan to do it 5-6 days a week. Starting weight is 76 kilograms, goal weight 65. I’ll update this message every two weeks or so with my progress 🙂 I dont expect significant results soon because of my body type but I’ll try to stay consistent!

    First tutorial I’ve actually attempted and it was fun, I love your energy and the layout of your videos.
