And I felt it so hard in the beginning and thought I would backout
But when you process through it just felt right and completed the whole session

This is NOT at all for begginer, half of the movements are harmful and the other half is rest intervals, you need to rethink your definition of begginer
It’s the 4th of july 2025 and I’ve been doing this for 3 days so far, plan to do it 5-6 days a week. Starting weight is 76 kilograms, goal weight 65. I’ll update this message every two weeks or so with my progress 🙂 I dont expect significant results soon because of my body type but I’ll try to stay consistent!
