My body has slowed down, but my soul still wants to grow. You helped feed that part of me.
10 thousand steps is 5 miles a day! Do anyone actually walk that far regularly?
I added more eggs and beef to my diet but reduced my sugar by 80 percent and made a smoothie each day with a little ginger, kale, banana, celery, spinach, beets, carrots, sweet potato, collards etc, I would mix these each day into almond milk. I would pick 4 or 5 from my list and make my smoothie with it and my cholestrol improved 45 points. I was not expecting that I was just experiencing, I also added oatmeal daily, I am not sure why my numbers improved
