    Bro no matter what I do I can’t never feel it on my upper chest like I do the right positions and the workouts for upper chests and nth I never feel nth there it’s been year and I feel insecure abt my chest and I kinda stop working out bc of the same reason it’s been more than 4 years and my upper chest has never grow only my bottom and middle chest has grown and bc of it looks like I have man boobs bc the upper part never fills up anyone knows what it’s happening or having the same issues
