    I personally do 10 minutes of stretching before and after my workouts, not only am I warming up but im also increasing my flexibility

    I always longboard to and from the gym and i find its a very good warmup. Its hell to skate back home after leg day tho💀

    What to screen shot:

    Light cardio for 3 minutes(jogging or cycling)

    Dynamic stretching(however long you want, I never go beyond 10 minutes)

    Lift light weights and gradually increase as you go

    Truth. I recently worked out chest and back, my lower back has been killing me since. I’m young, so I’ll be fine. It’s healing. But goodness gracious, the day after was BAD.

    Ryan Humiston has some good stuff for greasing up the shoulders. Keep those things warm people, they’re an absolute bxtch to fix… especially if the VA is your only option.
