I personally do 10 minutes of stretching before and after my workouts, not only am I warming up but im also increasing my flexibility
I always longboard to and from the gym and i find its a very good warmup. Its hell to skate back home after leg day tho💀

What to screen shot:
Light cardio for 3 minutes(jogging or cycling)
Dynamic stretching(however long you want, I never go beyond 10 minutes)
Lift light weights and gradually increase as you go
