  3. @OldePhart on April 4, 2025 at 8:34 pm

Try this kind of thing with Zip Fizz powder? It’s like the more popular "5 Hour Energy" liquid, but the label doesn’t reveal anything bad for you that I can interpret. My Niece has 3 of these a day and I’ve drank them once in a while for some time now, they carry me through the afternoon with no crash. I know the first rule of healthy eating is "if it tastes good, spit it out" but is this "Zip Fizz"one of those?

  7. @BurninatorTheTrogdor on April 4, 2025 at 8:36 pm

I would be more worried about the lack of training and poor sleep. And most likely poor diet. This would be like me trying open heart surgery and not understanding why the patient died.

  8. @JayYoung313 on April 4, 2025 at 8:37 pm

Nobody knows the unknown brand ‘TC Nutrition, Batch 27’ pre-workout, NO ONE! (I even had to look it up).
You would have been better off taking C4 or Jack3d in my opinion. Apart from that, you are really doctors, I have my doubts.
