    That’s true I’ve noticed my stomach getting flatter my arms shoulder calves legs getting thick..just wasn’t sure on the diet but I hear a lot of ppl say eat healthy or wat ever cuz burpees will ge tit done

    Don’t forget to start adding weight to your burpees with time, especially if you jump out of your squat. You’ll burn and huff like crazy but the results are damn worth it.

    I did burpees for 6 months lost 90 pounds I would do sets of 15 150 everyday for 5 days rest for weekends it’s the best workout even simple up downs no need to make thinks super complicated I also ate whatever I wanted to

    Wish I could do burpees. I’m not fat but my back is f***ed. I do 10 and I’m on bed rest for the next day or two. That’s what happens after you get back surgery. I can still workout but things like burpees I cannot do.

    It’s true I used to do them a few years ago along with lots of walking fast forward to now I’ve had my first child and began eating everything under the sun after having her smh have never been at the weight I’m at now and now it’s time to start them burpees back up

    Burpees are tough and burn insane calories if done properly, AND if you have the endurance for it. They’re so hard that most people can’t do them for more than a minute. Work on that endurance and build up to being burpee king himself

    Burpees are for burning carbs, to burn fat you need low intencity cardio and deficiency in calorie intake

    I used to be 258 I’ve been doing burpees for 5 months half ass eating healthy. I’m down to 218.. when I first start 20 burpees was tough..now I do 2 sets of 50 burpees.. embrace the suck!
