Just looked up nature valley again, definitely NOT soy free , it contains soy lecithin. Pretty sure raisin bran does too. I wish this video was educational about avoiding soy like it says in the title, instead of misleading!

The protein found in plants is known as fiber. its indigestible for a non herbivore such as a human. almost every item on this list is toxic to a human being and will shorten your life which is cool if you’re into that sort of thing. Despite the fact that cows can digest it they still decide to eat birds because it isn’t sufficient.
When I tell you I appreciate you so much for providing vegan soy free options. I’m transitioning from vegetarian to vegan but I don’t react well with soy so it was TERRIBLE because of how much soy was in the alternatives I was using
