    He says he doesn’t eat before noon,,, but earlier he said he loves oats/oatmeal and at that point in the video we saw a bowl of oatmeal with blueberries. ??? Perhaps his secret is really NOT EATING BEFOE NOON. He is fasting every day until noon.

    I added more eggs and beef to my diet but reduced my sugar by 80 percent and made a smoothie each day with a little ginger, kale, banana, celery, spinach, beets, carrots, sweet potato, collards etc, I would mix these each day into almond milk. I would pick 4 or 5 from my list and make my smoothie with it and my cholestrol improved 45 points. I was not expecting that I was just experiencing, I also added oatmeal daily, I am not sure why my numbers improved

    Oily fish contains a lot of microplastics and heavy metals that are really very harmful to us. Organic algae oil is the solution!! Because the fish is only the detour. That’s why no fish oil!
