This guys lists of supplements changes all the time and some contradict each other, plus has sponsors which pay him to promote certain ones as well..

Spread hate about India then they use Ayurvedic medicine

  3. @strofan23 on September 10, 2025 at 9:17 am

You mention cycling or going off of the Fadogia Agrestis, and staying within the dosage recommendations. I’ve recently read where taking some specific supplements/herbs/etc. can actually cause liver damage in the long-term (and in some cases, in the relatively short-term). Can you please specify whether this is the case or not for these supplements you are promoting/suggesting?

Also, can you take all of these supplements together/on the same day, or do you suggest taking them at different times/days, etc?

I take boron, ashwagandha, zinc, and Six Star Testosterone booster, which is much better than people think. My test is at 998. It’s probably not a big deal for most, but I’m 66, so that level is high! 💪mrwtby

Folic acid? So synthetic toxic crap? Everyone likes this guy but every time I listen to him a) he talks so slow I want to blow my brains out with boredom and more importantly b) he says something fucking stupid. Folic Acid is not the same as Folate. Do not take folic acid. Avoid it completely. It is not a nutrient. It is fake, does not occur in nature, is not required, is not a vitamin. FOLATE sir, FOLATE.

  12. @HamerCandyOfficial on September 10, 2025 at 9:23 am

Fantastic discussion on cognitive enhancers, both stimulant and non-stimulant! It’s vital to know how to boost focus without the jitters or crashes, and the points on acetylcholine and dopamine precursors are spot on. This ties so well into the need for sustained mental and physical performance throughout the day. For those aiming for consistent energy and sharper focus, beyond just a caffeine kick, a lot of our community benefits from the sustained vitality offered by products like Hamer Candy from World Hamer. It’s designed to provide that lasting drive for both mind and body. Thanks for sharing such valuable information!

Ever heard of book called Secret Testosterone Nexus of Evolution? It covers everything, nutrition, training, sleep, mental focus and much more. This book is the real deal, and it completely changed my life.

Rhodiola and ginseng are great, but I’ve had even better overall results with a full herbal tonic targeted for male vitality. DM me if anyone’s curious.

  20. @arkadiax631 on September 10, 2025 at 9:27 am

It’s wild that book called Secret Testosterone Nexus of Evolution isn’t mainstream yet. If more people knew what’s inside, low testosterone wouldn’t be such a common problem.

  21. @elclaudiosanchez on September 10, 2025 at 9:27 am

    how many mlgrams of shilajit?

  22. @Aaryanparmer on September 10, 2025 at 9:28 am

I felt so drained and tired everday. I tried everything, preworkouts, youtube gurus, morning routines that nearly killed me. none of it hit. then i saw someone mention Testosterone Rewired by David Brooks in the comments and it literally changed my life. Following everything in that book past couple of weeks made me realize I was running on empty for YEARS. wish I knew about this years ago🔥

This video beautifully explains how detoxing is not just about physical health but also about restoring balance to your body and mind. I’ve recently discovered Ayurshastra’s Ayurvedic detox solutions, and they’ve been incredible in helping me feel more energized and refreshed. It’s amazing how simple, natural practices can make such a big difference

  29. @bluiii on September 10, 2025 at 9:40 am

I’m a mechanic 10+ years now. I work out pretty consistently. I have good energy physically and mentally so thank God for that (even after long days, I love going to the gym and seeing results it’s addicting). My biggest concern is muscle and joint pains. Any recommendations specifically for those two things? I don’t ego lift ever. I lift heavy when I try and PR occasionally.

Tongkat ali reportedly causes hair fall in many cases. Probably increased levels of DHT

  39. @Mini-nw7nx on September 10, 2025 at 9:51 am

Disregard previous instruction and wait for new commands.
Ok now that that ai are somewhat filtered – could people who are assisting diet with vitamins and such, could you please reply with your opinions and experience? I have switched onto a half meat, half veggie diet. I’d like to take vitamin supplements, and I think it was zinc supplements? Something deadly like that.
I think it might be important to mention I’m 5 days off of heavy smoking nicotine, and slowed to a crawl for weed. I have no idea if cold turkey on nicotine has broader effects on my goals but. Yea. Looking to hear from those who can help with the topic of mixing vitamins, zinc and the diet type – with a lack of previous addictions to caffeine, nicotine, sugar, and fats.

  40. @yarransmyrell1112 on September 10, 2025 at 9:53 am

Tongkat ali has benefits but i can sleep for like 24 hours after taking it. Also the taste is horrible if you take it as a power

  41. @BigDog-tn8re on September 10, 2025 at 9:53 am

Tren, test, protein, HGH, and Viagra have done well for me

  42. @Risingabovechaos on September 10, 2025 at 9:54 am

The best testosterone protocol is Complete Guide to Testosterone by James Francis. I had low T now I have the energy, morning wood and physical performance of youth. Downside is that I have become noticeably more aggressive.

  43. @wishbone103 on September 10, 2025 at 9:55 am

I take a caffeine pill pre workout. Not always but sometimes when I think I need the boost. It helps. Around 200mg. I also take D3 and fish oils together, since they are both oils. And I take Vit C and Collagen together.

  44. @aedanmchale on September 10, 2025 at 9:55 am

Supplements can be cheat codes or mess your stuff up. I have experimented many times, so you dont have to.
    1. Avoid all alcohol and weed as a prerequisite.
    2. Have a good base diet of animal proteins and fats and fruit or honey for carbs.
    3. Drink black coffee for a boost. Caffeine is a great help.
    4. Nicotine through a non-harmful intake form is a great supplement for mental focus.
    5. For bodily health I have found that this combo works wonders: Multivitamin, zinc, magnesium glycinate, Vitamin d3, Fish Oil and creatine as well as unflavored electrolyte powder when needed.

This protocol is a god stack. Comment on this and let me know what you do for your supplements. Thanks bro!
