Thanks so much ive try it its the first time i try 1 hr workout .. i loved how the heartrate is raised and lowerd based on the workout type .. its managable .. and i burned 500 calories in 49 min
terrible ad placements. ruined the workout. unfortunately will have to stop doing their workout because of the placement of the ads
I’m happy to support you both but the recent change in Ad placements make it really hard to follow the workout. I constantly have to stop. Please have the option of having all the ads before the workout.
I was good all the way up until juice. I could only do 1 set of juice portion. So 41 mins
Love the workout. What’s up with all the ads throughout though. It’s disruptive to say the least. Total momentum breaker.

Toya and Juice brought the smoke and heat on this workout session..They both got me looking for my water bottle and 15 second break going toooo FAST for me. Its all worth it at the end..love seeing the snowflakes coming down my screen 😂😂😂😂
