I swear the first one is so true! I mean I eat white bread as well as wheat bread I’ve eaten my homemade French fries and other “fattening” foods as my grandmother would say in these two weeks but I make sure they’re offering me something like protein, or potassium, carbs or other vitamins. I’ve lost 4 pounds already. Would rather a pound a week but I burn like 300-500 calories a day with my workout routine. And I workout at home. I just have one dumbbell set and a cheap smart watch that tracks my progress
I’m coming to terms with some of these truths too. My scoliosis makes my shoulder hurt when I run for long durations, but I enjoy sprinting so I’ll do quick spurts for cardio sometimes. That hurts much less, in addition to hiking. I’ve started hiking small trails or taking up 2-3 mile walks every other day. And being so short has made number 5 such a glaring reminder that I just need to be neutral with the body I have. I’ve always wanted to be taller (or have my torso stretched😅) but I’ve always been super short & sorta boxy due to muscle. I’ve taken up to developing my arms and legs more because they’re the longest parts of me 😂
And just like that you’ve become my morning workout binge while I’m on the treadmill! Thanks!🩷⭐️You are very inspiring to not give up! Needed that this morning standing in my nightgown in front of the mirror so not wanting to move!

It is so frustrating having everyone telling you all these contradicting things about building streabgth and losing fat (for example: “cardio is bad” or “cardio won’t burn fat”, etc) I decided to just stop listening to ppl online and just fully experiment on my own because I don’t have the education but it’s still nice to see someone who’s don’t it with their own body and is willing to share what really worked for their body.

Personally, I’ve never thought to mix the oyster with the mushroom and familiarize them both with the egg of their eggs… I also like what you were writing down in Proverbs I think it was two and 12 or 10 and 12. I’m not overweight but i hate that I have lower belly and thigh fat, so basically I work out mainly to look good but it’s frustrating since it’s making me feel like food is my enemy and I know starving is not an option.
Now working out feels like a chore and I’ve not been consistent, I always beat myself up everyday because i end up eating too much or thinking I ate too much and try to punish myself later by eating so small.
I overthink everything, I don’t know how to change 😭
sorry I’m not as fluent as I want in english but I have a question about starting a diet when you go to the gym ; is it necessary to start a diet even if before beginning the gym, you were eating healthy balance meals ? for example, I heard that it was recommended to reduce to zero the amount of fast-acting sugar that you eat ; is it really required to see results in your gym journey ?
