25 Minute Full Body Light Weight Dumbbell HIIT Workout [NO REPEAT/ Low Impact]
Tap in with us for one of our FAVORITE Dumbbell HIIT workouts that we’ve ever put together. This workout is fun and high energy with low impact modifications so that everyone can join in! All you need is a light weight pair of dumbbells for this session (we used a 5lb/10lb pair). For the workout format, we’ve combined our traditional 45-15 timer for the first 2 sets and then we’ll finish with a bodyweight EMOM challenge. How much calories does this burn?
One simple question : why do you always put so much emphasis on shoulders ? As a person with previous shoulder injury, some of the exercises (like flys) are just too dangerous for me.

I am beginning working out again after a couple pregnancies. I really appreciate your videos! It shows great modifications yet I can push myself harder when I feel ready. I agree with @tonylucas2280! This is just what I was looking for! I appreciate having the visual cues and no talking. I’m on my 14th day of a pilates 28 day challenge, but wanted more weights / strength training incorporated in my workout. This was perfect! This was my first workout with you guys. I love when I carry all of my weights down to the basement to do a workout and then only need the 5 pound ones so I think it’s gonna be easy, and then I end up sweating like a pig. Loved it. 🐷 😝

Lawd that EMOM almost folded me. I’d have rather kept on with the weights 😂 I’ll definitely keep this in the rotation, and hopefully I’ll get to a point where I still feel medium strong at the EMOM stage.

It’s my second time doing the J&T workout today. I did this in night time. And ISTG I’m sweating and it is feeling so good.
Your videos used to to only have commercials one the breaks between sets, now there are commercials during the exercises. Just fyi.
This workout is no joke! i started with 7.5lb dumbbells and quickly realized i need to go down to 5lbs 😅 great workout! made me sweat alot
