Did this workout after months and months of inactivity. I tried another workout from another channel before this one and I quit. I got discouraged but I was able to complete this one. Hopefully i keep up my spirits and continue this workout journey

Im 5’8, 208lbs and my goal is 180 lbs. This will be my first day doing this exercise, i will try to workout 6 out of the 7 days for 2 months. Here i go!

I started on january 2. 2025.
I do this workout 3-4 times a week, with the part where I do the workout I repeat 2x, or add some of my own exercises. With a calorie deficit and a starting weight of 120 kg (264 lbs) I now have 100 kg or (220 lbs)! Stay motivated!
I find the workout very well organized, and easy to follow. I also think that it is for someone who just starts working out. So when the main version of the exercises becomes difficult, it is easy to adjust to the light version. I recommend this training for a relatively quick workout, that makes you sweat, and that has a variation between easy and more challenging exercises.
Been doing this since october, lost 15 pounds so far!
I do this every morning
i did it!! i have not worked out like this in YEARS. i have no diagnosis but it could be depression. at the same time, i have to be super careful about what workouts i do, especially anything that involves my abdomen/core. i have to figure that out yet. looks like my body is fine with this one today. i did have to modify a little, keep up in my own tempo, and skip the last plank exercise bc my floor was too slippery. but i think that’s okay.
hopefully, i’ll feel fine on most days when i do this one, i plan to be back. when i am back, i’ll update.
i wanted a workout that really feels like a cardio workout and this one did. i don’t want to do those ones yet that feel like they’re more for shaping. although, i might do them in between sometimes. not sure yet. thank you so much! this was actually fun, i feel tired but good.

Just tried this workout today and I’m dying but proud of myself lol. Coming from only doing the low impact dance to the beat videos to these was hard but I’m def going to add this to the rotation! You guys did an amazing job!!

Is there a way to know roughly how many calories this burns? Due to health reasons, I’m supposed to keep track of that stuff. I know it’ll be different for everybody but a general idea would be extremely helpful!

Ugh day 1 legs are maaaad
Update day2: had to take three days rest, deep stretch, and do upper body workouts before my legs were stable enough to do another day of this 😂
Update day 3: I think two days doing yoga or upper body workouts and then another day of this is going to be my sweet spot for now. Took one day for a walk and next day (today) did this and feel like I almost pulled muscles in my thighs
Day 4: took four days off to do tedious hiking. Back at it just in time to not feel any set backs. Thighs are getting more stable and I’m not winded until the second half of the workout
