12 MIN FULL BODY MOBILITY ROUTINE: improve flexibility, posture, & workout performance

Improve your flexibility, posture, & workout performance! Mobility exercises are one of the most important parts of my workout regimen; they’ve helped improve my recovery and are so good for joint health. Do this everyday to increase on range of motion in various joints and muscles.

    It’s just something weird about a woman doing this knowing a million prevs will objectify and $equalize every position and movement. I could in no way be in a relationship with a woman that would do this, sorry just my opinion
