I lost 70 pounds in 9 months and running played a huge role in my success. I started the 75 Hard Challenge in May 2023 and completed 116 days. In July/August 2023 I incorporated running and strength training into my workout routines. Since that time Iโ€™ve trained for and completed several half marathons, 10k, 10 milers, 5ks and Iโ€™m currently training for my first half marathon!     That’s awesome!!! I went from almost 900 lbs to just under 300 lbs and it’s hard work but it’s definitely worth it. I’m still on my journey though

    Iโ€™m losing motivation. Iโ€™m 14 and 170. Iโ€™m sick of being overlooked. How much walking / SOME jogging could help? I have 2 months to have a glow up lol.. I am doing other workouts and stuff.. i really want to feel good about my body..
