5 days full body workout is the best yet, but if you recover slowly use 3 days only but i think i will use the 6 days push, pull, legs maybe once im older i will use 5 days full body workout
Guys i want to start this PPL Routine. But can someone pls tell me the specific exercises for a good PPL? My goal is to get jacked. No bulk, no cut. Just gonna be doing the best exercises. Thank you.
Push pull legs is great and gives results but switching up the order of the split has been more comfortable for me. I start with legs then do push and finish with pull then rest day and repeat. It makes it so my any lower back mucles or ones being used in leg day get to rest before I do pull

I just wanna know how long I should do all these even after fail…like if I did 3 sets to fail should I stop there or rest then come back for another group of sets
Pretty close to what’s been giving me results, however if you work hard during the week at high elevation like I do. Don’t train during the work week, save your training for friday-sunday.

The best one for you, comes with time, it comes when you consistently work out /w a random plan and tweak it to fit your goal.
