    It’s no about sediments and all dat , its about yo mindsets. About u mentally u kno im sayin. I be benchin all day err day.keep it lightly. I just lift the bar and thousand reps at least. You can bench 100 lbs and do all dat heavy stuffs but to gain da muscles gotta to go light . Remember its all blut that burn. You break down the musle den it heal and get bigger. Eat lot of vegetables to most green leaves like spinach. I always hear Spanish get u jack i don no how it work but i believe dat. I was going to geavy when i was younger but results sucked. Believe it or not i benchin over 200 lbs back the. Amd thats for reps. 200 pound dead weight on the bar amd i only weighed 200 so i was doing basicallyy whole body weight. Now i go light because i dont wanto to compete in the power lift stuffs. Stay training remember dier always level to dis game and u gone get der but u gots to be constantly consistently wit it. My coach alway say …no EGO……WE GO
